A key member of Deafblind UK’s senior leadership team. This is a role that shapes the future of the Deafblind UK, ensuring we have the resources, relationships, and long-term sustainability needed to support more people living with combined sight and hearing loss.

You will lead on all aspects of our income generation, from fundraising and retail to trading and new commercial opportunities. Bring ambition, creativity, and insight to help us grow sustainable funding streams, strengthen supporter and partner engagement, and diversify our income in line with our strategy.

Above all, you will play a leading role in ensuring that more people with deafblindness can live full, independent lives.

Animal Action Greece

Chief Executive Officer

As our Chief Executive, you will be responsible for leading Animal Action Greece across all areas of strategy, operations, and representation, inspiring and empowering a talented team of staff and volunteers in the UK and Greece, while overseeing the effective delivery of programmes and driving growth in income, influence, and impact.

Reporting directly to the Board of Trustees and playing a central role in ensuring we remain financially strong, well governed, and true to our founding mission. A core priority of this role is income generation. You will bring proven fundraising leadership and will personally lead the organisation’s fundraising strategy, building strong relationships with donors, funders, and partners to secure sustainable, long-term income and enable the charity to grow its impact.

This is a role for a values-driven leader who is as comfortable engaging with grassroots communities as with international partners, policymakers, and donors.

National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS)

The role of Finance Director at NRAS is a rare opportunity to lead with both purpose and precision, at a time when the health and charity sectors urgently need strong, values-driven financial leadership.

As our Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in guiding NRAS through a changing and challenging external landscape, ensuring the organisation remains financially resilient, transparent, and ambitious, while staying firmly anchored to its mission.

Overseeing financial strategy, governance, risk, and compliance, HR & IT, shaping how resources are deployed, how services and support are scaled, and how the charity grows its influence in national policy and public health discourse.

It calls for a leader who brings both strategic insight and hands-on expertise, someone who can think big, plan long, and roll up their sleeves when needed, working closely with the CEO and Board, offering sound advice, constructive challenge, and the financial clarity to inform critical decisions.

Leading, developing, and delivering a strategic and creative marketing and communications strategy that strengthens Deafblind UK’s brand awareness, raising their profile, reach and impact to support their engagement with people with lived experience, their income and fundraising generation ambitions, and their engagement with other key audiences.

The Board, which was formed in November 2016 and which still has all five founding trustees, including the Chair in situ, is seeking three new trustees.

Trustees who can help us to sharpen our thinking, who bring new and diverse voices and who can help us to refine and deliver our plans for shaping the future of Gregynog with a background in:

Finance and Business, to help develop the next stages of our strategic business and operational planning. Ensuring that our financial systems and processes evolve effectively, enabling us to manage our finances with confidence and foresight.

Estate Management, to develop the potential of our very special estate. Part of which is already designated as a SSSI with a distinctive arboretum, and help guide conservation efforts. Ensuring that our buildings, gardens, landscape and woodlands are appropriately used, properly maintained and protected.

Event & Programme Planning, to support the development of culture, learning and the arts at Gregynog. Guiding the development of our cultural and educational programmes, events and experiences to help optimise event planning and attract larger audiences.

We are equally keen to hear from candidates who do not meet these specific criteria but believe they could contribute to our thinking and our future success and resilience.

Marketing Manager

Working collaboratively with our Chairman to constantly come up with new and creative ways to engage with new brands and strengthen existing relationships, overseeing the annual marketing budget and providing broader strategic planning support to the charity as a member of the senior management team.

As treasurer, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of London CLT ensuring that their funds are used effectively, transparently, and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsible for managing the monitoring, processing, reporting and forecasting of London CLT’s finances, and developing new systems and processes as required, to ensure the smooth running of London CLT.
