Working in partnership with local communities, local authorities, housing associations and development partners, London CLT develops homes that are owned by the community and protected from market speculation, ensuring they remain affordable for future generations rather than becoming increasingly expensive over time.

London CLT believes that local people should play a central role in shaping the places where they live. By combining community leadership with professional development expertise, the organisation delivers high-quality, sustainable neighbourhoods that strengthen communities, promote social equity and enable people on ordinary incomes to continue living in the areas they know and love.

With an ambitious pipeline of developments across the capital, London CLT is helping redefine how affordable housing is delivered, demonstrating that community-led development can provide a lasting solution to London’s housing crisis while creating thriving, resilient communities for generations to come.
